Julie’s journey into this work began as a secondary school teacher looking for motivational tools and better ways to connect with her students.  This lead Julie to NLP where she not only found powerful techniques to inspire her students, but a set of tools and ways of thinking that can change the way we view the world and the way we see ourselves in that world.

For the past 20 years as the Director of Mindflow, Julie has run motivational NLP based courses for High School students in areas ranging from Study Skills to Communication and Leadership programmes – all with the primary purpose of building self belief and the desire to achieve to the best of your abilities.  During this time Julie has worked with many top performing sports people and athletes using NLP tools to help them consistently achieve peak performance levels in their chosen field.

NLP is fundamentally about how and what you are thinking, and how this is manifesting in your life.  Julie believe’s that if you are happy with your results in life – then keep doing what you are doing and look at fine tuning things to enhance certain areas of your life.  And – if what you are doing isn’t working for you – then it’s time for change

Over the last decade, through her work with Health Professionals such as Applied Kinesiologists and Chiropractors, Julie came to understand that health and well being is fundamentally about Mind/Body/Spirit Harmony and taking care of our “whole”selves in a wholistic way.  This lead Julie to Healing Touch – which is an energy therapy designed to restore the human energy field and support the self-healing process of the body, emotions, mind and spirit.

Healing Touch and NLP are both solution focused systems that are not so interested in how you got to be where you are, but more focused on helping you to let go of old stuff and to move forward afresh, enabling you to make changes surprisingly quickly and easily.

In 2018 Julie Trained in a new psychosensory therapy called Havening Techniques®.  A technique that uses touch and the creation of delta waves to assist your mind to release triggers for stress and/or trauma.  


And this is how Julie currently practices – combining NLP, Havening Techniques, Energy work and Spiritual work in an integrated way to help people explore where they are, where they want to be, and how to get there as quickly and easily as possible.
